• Mark Twain Primary School celebrates immediate student improvements as a result of Texas School Ready!
  One of the primary goals of the Texas School Ready! project is to increase the readiness of prekindergarten children for success in kindergarten and beyond. Perhaps no example of this goal being met is better demonstrated than the great strides made by the early learners at Mark Twain Primary School in Alvin, Texas. read more
• Parents And Teachers Together (PATT)
  The Parents And Teachers Together (PATT) study, administered by the Children's Learning Institute through funding from the U.S. Department of Education's Institute of Education Sciences, aims to improve school readiness for at-risk children. read more
• Building Vocabulary for Emerging Readers (BVER)
  "I usually have students take the online assessments starting on the Monday after we finish a two-week chunk of instruction. They take the test in the mornings during the warm-up activity. I like the assessment, and it gives me a good quick read on how well students are retaining the vocabulary words."
• PALS/My Baby and Me
  "If another mom was considering participating in this program, I would tell her that she should definitely do it, because it not only teaches her about her child, it helps her put into perspective goals that she needs to achieve to help her better herself for her and her child’s future."
